1. Watch the following video introducing the causes of WW1
2. Either with a partner, or individually, complete the 'Main Causes of WW1' worksheet provided by your teacher (a spare can be found at the bottom of this page).
3. Research the countries in each alliance. Colour in a world map to show each alliance. Hint: draw a key to indicate which colour represents each alliance and label the countries as you go.
